Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
- Free from any damage caused after delivery.
Return Process

- Upon approval, the customer must ship the product to the return address provided by our team.
- The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer unless the product was delivered in a damaged or incorrect condition.
Refund Terms
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- We do not offer refunds for:
- Products returned after the 14-day period.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
Exceptions
- Perishable goods, customized orders, or bulk purchases may be subject to different terms. Please contact us for clarification before placing such orders.
